Intercompany Financial Transactions - 2009 Worldwide Transfer Pricing Survey of Multinationals

Identifying the audit issues and risks faced by multinationals in determining arm’s length charges for all types of intercompany financial transactions

CUFTanalytics in partnership with International Tax Review and TP Week has developed this survey to gain a better understanding of the transfer pricing audit risk faced by multinational enterprises as it relates specifically to intercompany financial transactions.

The objective of this survey is to obtain data from multinational enterprises on the issues that are being disputed with tax jurisdictions in transfer pricing audits of – all types of – intercompany financial transactions. This survey is for the tax personnel within multinational corporations that are responsible for – or manage – their company's transfer pricing related to intercompany financial transactions either on a company wide basis or on a geographical basis for the company. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Thank you in advance for your participation.
