While Vodafone secured a historic victory in the Supreme Court of India last week, there is still the issue of an Rs8,500 crore ($1.7 billion) transfer pricing order from the Income Tax Department.
Vodafone tops a long list of companies that received transfer pricing adjustments in the 2010 assessments. Citibank has the second highest adjustment, with Rs2,500 crore and Microsoft comes in third with Rs1,900 crore.
