Hong Kong to launch APA programme

The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department (IRD) will launch an advance pricing agreement (APA) programme in April.

Before then, the IRD will draft departmental and practice notes for consultation and taxpayers will have the option of bilateral APAs from the programme’s inception.
