How the UN will use arbitration to improve MAP

The UN Subcommittee on Dispute Resolution has released a report identifying three options for how arbitration can be used as an additional mechanism for mutual agreement procedures.
All of the options expressly let each state decide if it is appropriate or not to include a mandatory arbitration provision in its double tax treaties. These options are described in brief as follows:
