Indian official claims APAs are in advanced process of implementation

RN Dash, the Indian director general of income tax, spoke about the country’s efforts in transfer pricing today at International Tax Review’s India Tax Forum in Delhi.
Dash admitted that experience in the advance pricing agreement (APA) programme is limited but said: We are thankful of the professional community who have come forward to share their skills with us and the countries that have willingly shared their data so that we are in a position to implement it [APA].
