Caroline Silberztein’s replacement as head of the OECD’s Transfer Pricing unit has been named as Joseph Andrus.
Andrus will take up the role within the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration’s (CTPA) Tax Treaty, Transfer Pricing and Financial Transactions Division on October 1, following Silberztein’s departure in September.
