Caroline Silberztein is a big name in transfer pricing circles. As head of the OECD’s transfer pricing unit she has helped shape the way the world approaches and applies transfer pricing guidelines for the past 10 years.
Earlier this year Silberztein announced she was leaving to become a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Paris office. In a farewell interview with Sophie Ashley from TPWeek, Silberztein discusses her time at the OECD and how she expects it to progress when she isn’t there.
