The lack of clarity in part of a new transfer pricing form issued by Malaysia’s tax authorities will create some difficulties and pitfalls for taxpayers.
The new form (MNE [1/2011]), to facilitate the Inland Revenue Boards (IRB) transfer pricing risk assessment, will consist of four sections.
