Chinese adjustment highlights value of comparables

Taxpayers need to examine and evaluate the comparable studies they plan to use in China after a transfer pricing adjustment grabbed the headlines.
The Qingdao Municipal State Tax Bureau reported in June that it had made a transfer pricing adjustment of RMB270 million ($41 million) and received around RMB44 million in enterprise income tax and interest.
