Denmark has signed a third bilateral advance pricing agreement (BAPA) with China. It is the only European country to have signed even one.
The first two BAPAs were completed between the countries in 2009, on behalf of Novozymes, a Danish biological innovation company, which has two Chinese subsidiaries in Beijing and Tianjin.
