UN meeting progresses with transfer pricing work for developing countries

The Informal Meeting on the Practical Transfer Pricing Issues for Developing Countries, which was convened in New York last week, discussed the UN’s draft manual which will offer guidance on the practicality of adapting OECD guidelines to developing countries.

David McNair, senior economic justice adviser at development agency Christian Aid, who spoke on one of the meeting’s panels, told TPWeek that developing countries do not just want to accept OECD guidelines, but said there is a need for one set of standards.
