The deadline for the OECD's project on the transfer pricing aspects of intangibles has been described as ambitious by some and unrealistic by others.

In a workshop on intangibles, Caroline Silberztein, head of the OECD’s transfer pricing unit, summed up the progress of Working Party 6’s project on the transfer pricing aspects of intangibles since the first meeting, to discuss the project’s scope, last November.
