Two of India’s leading tax officials have warned taxpayers that poor documentation and misleading information will be pounced upon by the tax department.
Speaking exclusively to TPWeek, two directors of international tax, who asked not to be named, explained that taxpayers need to realise that the authorities are targeting transfer pricing as a key source of revenue.
