Possible China-UK advance pricing agreement in the works

A source has revealed that pre-filing talks have taken place, suggesting that China and the UK might be working on their first bilateral advanced pricing agreement (APA).
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) refused to confirm or deny whether they are working on an APA and would not reveal the company in question.
