Egypt releases transfer pricing guidelines

The Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) has launched transfer pricing guidelines, after the introduction of legislation in 2005.
The guidelines will be issued as a series of parts. This first part provides guidance on the arm’s-length principle, establishing comparability, choosing the most appropriate transfer pricing method and documentation requirements.
