The Bangalore Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has ruled in favour of the Commissioner of Income Tax in the case of Gemplus India Pvt.
The case involved the transfer pricing aspects of management services fees paid by Gemplus to its regional headquarters, based in Singapore.
