The Colombian tax authorities issued Resolution 011188 on October 29, requiring taxpayers who prepare transfer pricing documentation from FY2010 onwards to submit a new disclosure form with extensive information regarding the comparables used to support the results of the tested party, in all transactions regarding transfer of goods.
