Indonesia’s new transfer pricing rules only confirm what taxpayers believed to be the case already, advisers say.
The authorities undertook a consultation during the summer with a number of different firms of transfer pricing advisers before they released DGT Regulation No 43/2010 (Application of Common Business Practices and Arms Length Principle in Transactions between Taxpayers and Parties who have a Special Relationship).
