South Africa’s amendments place arm’s-length burden on taxpayers

Taxpayers have until next May to prepare for the introduction of changes to South Africa’s transfer pricing regime.
The new Taxation Laws Amendment Bill was released by the South Africa Ministry of Finance on August 24 2010. The proposals are due for enactment in seven months’ time.
