The OECD is considering public comments received from taxpayers, advisers and organisations that represent tax professionals that could revise chapters VI and VIII of its transfer pricing guidelines (TPG).
After two earlier transfer pricing projects, which identified intangibles as a key area of concern for taxpayers and tax authorities, the OECD launched its consultation on the scope of a project to look at intangibles in July.
