Austria to allow binding unilateral APAs

Regulations enabling binding, unilateral advanced pricing agreements (APAs) in Austria will be effective from January 1 next year.
Until now, taxpayers were only permitted to apply for non-binding rulings on transfer pricing matters in Austria.
