Dutch officials taking on role of advisers, says panel

Dutch taxpayers are so determined to eliminate transfer pricing disputes that they are using tax officers as tax advisers, said a leading tax professional.
Speaking at International Tax Reviews 10th annual Global Transfer Pricing Forum, Maarten Van der Lande, a partner at Baker & McKenzie in the Netherlands, believes this approach is something that taxpayers are very happy with.
