Australian Tax Office appeals SNF decision

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has lodged an appeal to the Full Federal Court of Australia against the recent transfer pricing decision in the SNF case.
The appeal was made on August 27 2010 and it is anticipated that the SNF (Australia) Pty Ltd v Commissioner of Taxation appeal will be heard in mid-2011.
