Future of the arm’s-length standard up for discussion

The first topic up for discussion at International Tax Review's Global Transfer Pricing Forum in Amsterdam next month is the future of the arm’s-length standard.

The moderator of the panel is Carol Dunahoo a partner at Baker McKenzie in Washington, DC. The other speakers are Matthew Frank, senior tax counsel, transfer pricing at General Electric Company, Stig Sollund, a Norwegian Finance Ministry official and chair of the UN’s current project on transfer pricing, Joseph Andrus, a consultant with the OECD in France, Johann Müller, head of group tax risk management at AP Moller, Maersk, Denmark and Richard Boykin, principal economist with Baker McKenzie in Washington, DC.
