Marketing intangibles is something that taxpayers should not take lightly as no single approach applies to all business, says one leading transfer pricing adviser.
Marc Levey of Baker & McKenzie in the US believes businesses need to be extremely familiar with how intangibles are marketed in their country of operation or face the risk of inspection from the tax authorities.
