After several years of competent authority discussion, a home appliances manufacturer has agreed terms on an advance pricing agreement (APA) with the Chinese tax authorities.
The negotiations involved establishing appropriate margins for the manufacturing of home appliances and discussions began after an audit was launched long before the APA application was made.
