Taiwanese taxpayer goes to court over transfer pricing

A service provider has become one of the first companies to take a transfer pricing dispute to the Supreme Administrative Court.
The Taiwanese company is involved in a dispute with the tax authorities over transfer pricing adjustments for sales revenue for two consecutive years.
