In his new role Borkovec will be responsible for advising Czech companies and their owners in the areas of international tax planning and transfer pricing.
Borkovec has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1999 and specialises in corporate income tax advisory. He advises clients on tax-favourable holding and finance structures, restructuring, the tax aspects of international transactions, and transfer-pricing.
