McClellan moves to General Electric

Holly McClellan, a partner of Baker & McKenzie in Chicago, will join the corporate tax group at General Electric as transfer pricing leader, tax counsel, for treasury and capital markets on August 16.
At GE she will be responsible for transfer pricing matters, planning, audits and other controversies related to GE Treasury’s intercompany financial transactions.
