Italy releases first APA report

The International Tax Ruling office of the Italian Revenue Agency (IRA) has issued its first advance pricing agreement (APA) bulletin since the country’s APA programme became effective in 2005.
“It is very good news that this information has been released,” said Gaetano Pizzitola a partner at Ernst & Young in Rome. “It is very useful to see what is going on.”
