Taxpayers should view litigation as the last resort for resolving transfer pricing disputes, senior tax executives and practitioners told a conference in London.
A repeated theme from IBC Conferences’ international transfer pricing summit was that companies embroiled in transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities should always try to resolve the matter before reaching court.
