Japanese multinational signs bilateral APA

A Japanese multinational announced today that the Japanese and Singapore tax authorities had negotiated a bilateral advance pricing arrangement relating to the company’s Singapore operations.
Nidec Corporation, a technology company, also expects to avoid double taxation for its Thailand operations through a comparable mutual agreement procedure under the income tax treaty between Japan and Thailand.
