Australia unveils tax agent legislation

Australia will introduce new tax agent services legislation on March 1 which includes information about safe harbour rules.
The safe harbour provisions for tax agents are being introduced to ensure that services provided to taxpayers by registered agents are of an appropriate ethical and professional standard.
