Chinese taxpayers urged to complete documentation

Taxpayers in China need to urgently complete transfer pricing documentation, or face the wrath of the State Administration of Taxation.
The SAT has begun showing signs of enforcing the country’s transfer pricing rules after the December 31 deadline for 2008 documentation.
