Canadian APAs grow but so does time for resolving cases

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has increased the number of cases accepted in its advance pricing agreement (APA) programme, but the average time for closing cases has also risen.
The programme accepted 32 cases in 2009, which was the highest number since its inception in 1991.
