Global Vantedge case decided in India

Hasnain Shroff and Vinita Chakrabarti of KPMG in India look at the Global Vantedge case.

In an interesting judgment, the Delhi Tribunal in the case of Global Vantedge Private Limited, held that the total adjustment made along with the arm’s length price already reported by the taxpayer, cannot exceed the total amount of revenue earned by the taxpayer and its associated enterprise (AE) from third party independent clients.
