UK CFC discussion document will be released tomorrow

A document for discussion on the new UK CFC rules will be published by Her Majesty's Treasury and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs on Tuesday.
The government announced in last November's pre-budget report that it was delaying the “radical reform” of the CFC rules for further consideration.
