US Appeals Court withdraws Xilinx opinion

In a surprise move the US Court of Appeals for the ninth circuit has withdrawn the opinion and dissent filed on May 27 2009.
The one page court document gives no further details on what this means for the case and leaves both the IRS and Xilinx uncertain about the future of the important case.
