UN to draft transfer pricing guidelines

The UN tax committee will discuss drafting guidelines on transfer pricing at a meeting scheduled for January 2010.
The guidelines will be aimed at assisting governments in developing countries with ways to handle the complex issues involved in assessing and managing transfer pricing by companies active in these countries.
