When considering the current tax legislative agenda, what implications can we expect for transfer pricing?
It is no secret that the administration needs to increase tax revenues to address the record-level deficit. Furthermore, as recently noted by Ed Kleinbard, the former chief of staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT): “[t]ransfer pricing is the inevitable place for governments to look for revenue.”
