Oman issues details on new transfer pricing rules

The Sultanate of Oman has finally released details for the country’s first ever set of transfer pricing rules.
The rules follow internationally recognised standards for defining arms length prices and for definitions of related parties. However, the rules do not provide guidelines on documentation requirements.
