Hay lands role at PwC

Diane Hay has been appointed international tax special adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK
Hay, who was the former deputy director of corporate tax and VAT and head of the transfer pricing group at HM Revenue & Customs, will be working primarily with the firm's tax transfer pricing and international structuring teams and will help assist clients settle cross-border tax disputes.
