Emergency budget improves Ireland’s IP regime

Ireland will introduce a tax relief scheme for the acquisition of intellectual property, the country’s finance minster announced yesterday in his supplementary budget speech
Brian Lenihan said little about how the scheme will work. He is expected to release more information in the Finance Bill, which will be published in the next few weeks.
