Economic woes may force the Philippines to introduce transfer pricing rules

A desperate budgetary situation could lead the Philippines government to finally introduce transfer pricing guidelines, three years after they were initially proposed.
A draft transfer pricing law was originally published in 2006 but failed to be passed into law due to continued wrangling over aspects of the guidelines.
