Terry Le Sueur, Jersey’s chief minister said the agreement illustrates the country’s commitment to the OECD standards of tax information exchange. “It demonstrates our willingness to comply with international standards of financial regulation, anti-money laundering, and combating the financing of terrorism,” he said.
