Goldman Sachs under review

Goldman Sachs’ use of transfer pricing techniques among other issues, has led to investigations in numerous jurisdictions.
The company acknowledged in its latest 10-Q, (which is a comprehensive report of a company's performance that must be submitted quarterly by all public companies to the SEC,) that it is under examination by the Internal Revenue Service in the US. The document also says the company is under review by other taxing authorities in jurisdictions where it has significant business operations including the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and Korea.
