IRS produces cost sharing and contract manufacturing rules

The Internal Revenue Service has issued the much anticipated regulations on cost-sharing and contract manufacturing arrangements for multinational companies.
The Treasury and the IRS filed the proposed and temporary cost-sharing regulations with the Federal Register on December 31, just in time to meet the promise of releasing them before the end of 2008.
