Chinese officials finally announce details of the changes to be made to transfer pricing rules
More than 100 people attended the third Annual International Tax Summit which was held from November 20 to November 22 in Shanghai. The summit featured updates on corporate tax and transfer pricing legislation in China from top officials in the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) and other local agencies. Administration officials that attended included Yang Yuanwei, Zhang Zhiyong and He Liantang.
