IRS plans action against transfer pricing breaches

The Internal Revenue Service wants to tighten transfer pricing rules to stop multinational companies with US operations using them illegally to cut their tax bills
The changes were described by two government officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they said the plan was still in its early stages.
