HMRC look to transfer pricing to increase their tax revenues

The House of Commons public accounts committee report on the management of large business corporation tax stated that half the growth in global trade comes from transactions between subsidiaries of multinational companies
The report recommends an increase in communication between international organisations such as the OECD to share information on international tax avoidance practices. This can be construed as a veiled attack on transfer pricing practices, an area that HMRC has been closely watching.
